Ministries
There are three possible winners to this week's trivia: Name the three freedoms you were challenged to practice during the Concert of Prayer evening. We want to always supply a means of ministry opportunities to our teens, whether they be Rake n' Runs, Mission Trips, or participating in the Wednesday night services. Here are a list of the available ministries that you could be plugged into: 1. Outreach- we visit weekly and want to focus on the needs of others! Also, mailing postcards to those that were out a week would be a great ministry! 2. Praise Team- Worship is a vital part of our services. You can be a part of this! See Julie if you can play an instrument or help lead the singing. 3. Audio/Video Person- God has been good in providing us t.v.'s a laptop and sound system. We need someone to head it up. Talk with Todd if you can help in this area! 4. Making Memories Ministry- We've got a lot of stuff going on and we want to make sure we get all of it on film (or cd nowadays) I need a couple of teens to take over the ministry of taking pictures on activities and Wednesday nights and putting them on discs for me. Also, we need to update the pictures on the walls in the teen room. All the supplies will be given to you, we just need your help! Amber Styron is the contact for this ministry!
5. Skit Team- If you have ability of having fun and giving announcements and other things creatively, you need to be a part of the skit team. Sign up at the welcome center! Talk with Kara if you can help! 6. CIA Ministry- This is a service ministry that provides students an opportunity to serve others. Dave Nissly is the head of this ministry. Pay attention to the announcements/calendar for chances to share the love of Christ with others through service.
